What we value most at Urakawa Friend Forest Kindergarten is the happiness and well-being of both children and adults. At the same time, we respect the agency and freedom of both children and adults. Through initiatives such as our “Preschool Exchange Program” , the operation of an alternative school, ownership of a vast forest, and the care of horses, we are taking on challenges with a long-term vision: to foster diversity in a small town and ultimately contribute to social change.
