インターナショナルフォレストスクールでは、東京・神奈川エリアを拠点に、インターナショナルスクールと森のようちえんの要素を融合した自然豊かな教育プログラムを展開しています。
自然の中で子どもたちの成長をサポートしながら、共に学び、楽しむことができる仲間を募集しています。

募集要項

職種
保育補助スタッフ

子どもたちと一緒に電車や車で里山へ移動し、1日を過ごします。
子どもたちの活動を観察・見守りながら、写真撮影を行い記録を作成します。
1日の終わりには、写真にコメントを加え、アルバムとしてまとめます。

雇用形態
パートタイム

勤務日数：週1回～3回　(2025年3月3日～）
勤務時間：8:00～16:00（実働8時間）

勤務地
東京・神奈川エリア（横浜、町田近辺）

電車や車での移動が発生します。

給与

日給 12,000円～（経験・能力による）
学生の場合：日給 10,400円

以下のいずれかに該当し、意欲をお持ちの方を歓迎します：

幼児教育の経験がある方
　森のようちえんやインターナショナルスクールの理念に共感し、子どもたちや保護者、スタッフと円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方。
幼児教育を学んでいる学生の方
　英語で子どもたちとコミュニケーションが取れ、自然の中での活動に意欲的に取り組める方。

必須条件

子どもたちやスタッフと円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる英語力
自然環境の中で、積極的かつ柔軟に対応できる姿勢

Staff Recruitment Notice

International Forest School is an educational program based in the Tokyo and Kanagawa areas that combines the best of international school and forest kindergarten principles in a nature-rich setting.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s growth while learning and enjoying the natural environment together.

Job Details

Position
Childcare Assistant

Accompany children to satoyama (rural forest areas) by train or car and spend the day together.
Observe and support children’s activities while capturing moments through photography and creating records.
Add comments to the photos at the end of the day to compile them into a daily album.

Employment Type
Part-Time

Workdays: 1–3 days per week　(2025.3.3～）
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours per day)

Work Location
Tokyo and Kanagawa areas (mainly Yokohama and Machida areas)

Travel by train or car may be required.

Compensation

Daily wage: ¥12,000 and up (based on experience and skills)
Students: ¥10,400 per day

Qualifications

We welcome individuals who meet any of the following criteria and possess a strong motivation to contribute:

Experienced in Early Childhood Education
Candidates who resonate with the principles of forest kindergarten and international school education, and can communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
Students Studying Early Childhood Education
Those interested in forest kindergarten or international school programs who can communicate with children in English and actively engage in outdoor activities.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills to interact smoothly with children, staff, and parents.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to thrive in a natural environment.
